Practice is a special phenomenon of human society and a special activity of human nature. Practice is a social objective material activity that human beings have the purpose to transform and explore the world. The basic forms of practice include production practice, social relations practice and scientific practice, and the characteristics of practice include initiative, sociality and objectivity.

2. Subject and object

Subject and object are the basic elements of practice and cognition. The subject is the person who is engaged in cognitive practice, and the object is the object of cognitive practice.
