Briefly describe the unbalanced principle of contradictory development.

Contradictions are universal. From the point of view of contradiction system, it can be divided into primary contradiction and secondary contradiction. From the point of view of each contradiction, it is divided into the main and secondary aspects of the contradiction. The principal contradiction is the one that is in the dominant position in the system and plays a decisive role in the development process of things; the secondary contradiction is the one that is in the subordinate position and has no decisive role in the development process of things. An aspect that is dominant or dominant; a dominant aspect. The secondary aspect of contradiction is the one that is in the dominant position and plays a non-dominant role. The nature of things is determined by the principal aspects of the principal contradiction.

The distinction between the principal contradiction and the secondary contradiction, and between the principal aspect and the secondary aspect of a contradiction, is relative and variable, and can be transformed into each other under certain conditions.

Everything has both positive and negative sides. The two are interdependent, interpenetrating and dialectical. First of all, affirmation and negation, as two different aspects inside things, are mutually exclusive and antagonistic. Secondly, the positive factors and negative factors are interdependent and interpenetrating. Positive contains negative, negative contains positive, there is no pure positive, there is no pure negative.

Dialectical negation has the following characteristics. First of all, negation is the negation of things themselves, is the internal contradictions of things, not imposed by external forces. Secondly, negation is the link of development and connection. Thirdly, the essence of dialectical negation is sublation, that is, the relationship between the new thing and the old thing is both overcome and reserved, both inherited and changed.

The view of dialectical negation requires us to use a scientific attitude to analyze things and phenomena in the society. Culturally we should inherit or absorb critically. In dealing with traditional culture, we should oppose both historical nihilism and antiquity and retro-ism. In dealing with foreign culture, we should not only oppose blind exclusion and simple rejection of foreign culture, but also avoid "total westernization".
